C) Observations
I worked out really hard yesterday and I paid for it. I was super tired last night, and now today I'm kind of out of it. I think that may have to do with allergies or lack of water. I need to drink more water since I'm starting to work out more again. 8 glasses? I may shoot for half that, and everything else is bonus.
