A) Food Intake
Granola Bar
Alamocha from Texpresso
16 oz water
Granola Bar
16 oz water with Crystal Lite add in
Beef tips with mashed potatoes
1 packet popcorn
1 Twix
4 Hersheys kisses
8 oz water with flavr mix (it was gross so i only drank half)
Handful of dried fruit
16 oz water
1 Smart Ones dinner
chips and salsa
1 Vanilla Coke Zero
2 fingers of nutella
B) Workout
40 minutes EFX
20 reps abs-leg shoulder lift
80 crunches mixed
C) Observations
I've seemed to have better success with eating less at first. Because I go a little nuts when I try to deny myself certain things. So I'm going to try the smaller portions approach first. Then later in my journey maybe I'll add in the cutting out certain things like sugars, carbs etc. The goal: sensible eating + working out.
For some reason I was really hungry today. I went to the gym twice, because I felt guilty about the candy bar. I need to find filling snacks for in-between meals. I'm thinking dried fruit and nuts, but that gets expensive really quickly.
