Oh, I've been so horrible at keeping this up. I also picked a really bad time to start monitoring all of this. But I was pretty good over Thanksgiving. I didn't eat diet food, but I ate less food than I usually do on a holiday. I was full but never over-stuffed. And I came home early. But no workout for more than a week. Boooo.
